my hostel room

In Clarence Castle

Of course I prefer a single room..

But it is surprisingly ok, as all the gals in the room are super quiet, gentle, neat and tidy.. There are 8 of us sharing a room and one toilet. The room is quite spacious, just not clear from the picture, because I was not able to photo the large space in the middle, which is in front of the two beds.

This is the kitchen, full set of oven and stove..., and a small dinning area where we meet people from all the world...well, mainly French these days... as the hostel got a good review at a famous French travelling magazine, and suddenly the hostel is flux with French...so I thought that everybody here speak French at first when I arrive, oh no...just in this hostel...

We are lucky, it is all so sunny for the whole week, as said by the weather forcast.

oh here's the little park right outside this nice hostel..

It's the 5th day already... and is about to end....

Thank you very much for David's message! It is soothing.

Mid-Autumn Festival: a new academic year

A new academic year, with so many new colleagues, students, and we enjoyed the largest BBQ celebration of Mid-Autumn Festival in a park near to our office.

We had a dressing code for the first Friday of each month.

And this month, as seen in the photo, is camerflage.

And on the next day, it is my lovely younger brother's birthday, and 2 of my colleagues made a potato + beef birthday cake for him!

Really very very nice colleagues.
And they are very aggressive in their work too!

My lovely nursing students (Year 1)

They ARE my very cutie nursing students for my course on applied psychology!

This is about half of the class at our last lesson. The other half was with another lecturer to do revision. We revise everything in this last class. They are always very talkative...I like when they asked me questions, that means they were thinking about what I said... but most of the times, they are just chatting and talking among themselves, especially when I started to lecture/talk, then they talked as well!!

We missed each other and so a gal suggested that we should take a photo together.
We'd do a serious one, and a funny one. I don't like that chair..it made me looked bulky and fat! Next time I should stand...:)

Two boys sat around me and pretend to be the Japanese Money Cat! Thanks!!!!!

Ha ha ah!!! I miss them too. Wonder if I'd teach them some other courses too later..?
